Donna is a strong proponent of non-courtroom solutions for family law disputes, guiding clients to the most suitable path based on their needs.

Donna has also been extensively involved in family law organizations. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and served multiple terms on the Board of Managers of the Illinois Chapter. Donna is also an active member of several other esteemed family law associations, including Collaborative Divorce Illinois and the International Academy of Collaborative Practice.
